La Résidence de la Falaise is located in Saint-Denis de la Bouteillerie, in the Kamouraska region, at the very end of rue de la Falaise. Its secluded position away from through traffic provides a great sense of calm. The house overlooks the St. Lawrence River and offers a panoramic view, and the water's edge can be reached on foot in five minutes. Suitable for year-round living, it is equipped for a comfortable stay in any season. Outside, three terraces are available to guests, one of which faces the river and offers plenty of privacy. This is where you can watch the sun set over the water. A gas BBQ and a patio umbrella are provided. Inside, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a double bed, and two sofa beds. The house accommodates a maximum of 4 adults, and children are welcome; a playpen and a high chair are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and an induction cooktop. There is also a washer and dryer, and towels as well as bed linens are provided. For evenings in, there is a flat-screen HD television, a DVD-Blu-ray player, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The region lends itself to sea kayaking, cycling, and rock climbing. You will also find painting symposiums, local products, museums, and heritage tours. In winter, skiing and snowshoeing are on the agenda. In summer, only Saturday-to-Saturday bookings are accepted, for a minimum of one week. For a longer stay, it is possible to contact the owner to come to an arrangement. The property is non-smoking.
