Unusual Micro-Chalet Estate | Private Spa, Beach, Volleyball, Pets Welcome at No Extra Charge

Six themed micro chalets in Saint-Alexis-des-Monts, about 1 hour 30 minutes from Montreal and 2 hours 30 minutes from Quebec City. Each unit accommodates 1 to 4 guests, depending on the model. Pets are welcome at no additional charge. Two of the retreats feature a built-in escape game. The other four units are dedicated to painting, music, photography and craft; the craft unit is accessible to persons with reduced mobility. Art supplies and instruments are provided. Beds are king-size in the artistic units and queen-size in the two retreats. Each unit includes a private spa, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV or projector, and an outdoor fire pit. Three units also have a rooftop terrace, and a BBQ is available for guests. On the grounds, you'll find a play area with a volleyball court, a giant pocket toss game and giant hammock beds. The sandy beach provides access to the lake, a two-minute walk away. Bedding and towels are provided, as well as toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper, oil, spices, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is included, along with ground coffee for the Italian coffee maker. The village is five minutes away, and hiking trails are five to ten minutes away, depending on the case. Within a 30-minute radius, you can enjoy dog sledding, tobogganing, skating, horseback riding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, fishing or a pontoon boat tour. There is also a vineyard, microbreweries, restaurants, a spa centre and massage therapy. Check-in is self-guided: access instructions are sent the same morning. Parking is right at the unit and accessible at all times. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. A $250 security deposit is held one day before arrival and released two days after departure. The cancellation policy is strict and non-refundable.
