This newly built chalet sits on the shores of Lac Désert, in La Minerve, about 30 minutes from the Tremblant region. Allow 1 hour 30 minutes from Montreal and 1 hour 45 minutes from Ottawa. The grocery store and gas station are in the village, just 5 minutes away. It accommodates up to 14 guests, including a maximum of 12 adults, with children under 12 counted in the total. When making a booking, please indicate the exact size of your group, including any guests who may be visiting for the day. The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allow everyone to spread out comfortably. The sheets and bedding are of hotel quality, and bath and spa towels are provided. On the water side, the chalet features a private dock and a sandy beach. Vacationers have access to 3 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards, a pedal boat and a canoe, as well as several life jackets. The large property is well suited to outdoor games. When the evenings turn cool, you can gather around the wood-burning fireplace in the living room, the outdoor fire pit or the four-season hot tub overlooking the lake. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with dishes and utensils for 16 people, basic spices, a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator with freezer, a stove, a dishwasher, a 2-in-1 coffee maker with K-Cup pods and a raclette grill for 8. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning products and garbage bags are provided, as are toilet paper, tissues and hand soap for the start of your stay. A propane BBQ is also included.
