Haut-Bois Chalet | Hiking, Skiing & Spa - Beautiful Chalet Near Amenities with Mountain View

Chalet Haut-Bois is located in Morin-Heights, in the Laurentians, less than a ten-minute drive from the village of Saint-Sauveur. Built in the heart of the forest on a private lot, it remains close to amenities and ski mountains. Its style draws inspiration from Scandinavian architecture, with contemporary, minimalist lines. The plans were designed by the firm Cargo Architecture. Inside, the ground floor forms a large open-concept space, topped by a cathedral ceiling. Numerous windows let in plenty of natural light and overlook the trees around the property. The entrance is spacious and offers plenty of storage for coats, boots and sports equipment. A powder room is also located on this level. The primary bedroom is located on the mezzanine. It features a king bed, a private bathroom and a reading nook surrounded by windows. The other three bedrooms are in the basement, along with a lounge equipped with a television, a foosball table, a small play area for children and a full bathroom with a bath-shower combination. The chalet accommodates 10 guests. Its spacious common room is ideal for getaways with friends or family. Outside, the terrace faces due south and enjoys sunshine for much of the day. It features a hot tub that can be used year-round, a BBQ and an outdoor fire pit. In the evening, landscape lighting highlights the forest and illuminates the surroundings of the chalet. Rentals are offered on a short-term basis only, for stays of fewer than 30 days.
