This renovated chalet in Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard, in the Laurentians, sleeps up to 12 guests. It faces Lac St-Joseph and features a private waterfront property with a large dock right across from it. It is located near the main road, so it is easy to reach even in winter, while remaining private and surrounded by nature. Montreal is about an hour's drive away. Inside, there are 6 bedrooms and 8 beds, plus two large living rooms where additional guests can be comfortably accommodated. The maximum is 12 people at all times, in accordance with municipal regulations. There are 5 full bathrooms, including one en-suite. The living room and dining room are open-concept, with indoor wood-burning fireplaces. The high-end kitchen is very well equipped, and its 10-foot central island is convenient for cooking and serving. Bedding, bath towels and basic spices are provided. For entertainment, the large games room in the basement features a pool table, a ping-pong table, a foosball table, an arcade station and a giant bean bag toss game. The chalet also offers TV with Netflix, Bell Satellite (HBO, The Movie Network and other channels), a sound system and free ultra-fast Internet access. There you will find the outdoor recreation centre (cross-country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing), the park and beaches of Saint-Adolphe, a hiking trail on Mont-Avalanche, tennis courts and mountain climbing with Attitude Montagne. The village also hosts activities and festivals throughout the year. For dining, there is a canteen, a local restaurant, a wood-fired pizzeria and an authentic Mexican restaurant. Trails are also accessible in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. To relax, you will find massage therapy in the village (5 minutes), Spa Ofuro (10 minutes) and AmeriSpa (15 minutes).
