Lakeside Chalet with Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Pool Table

Seven minutes from Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, this 3,000 sq. ft. chalet sits on flat land at the end of a private road where very little traffic passes. The town's shops, restaurants and boutiques are nearby, but around the chalet, you are surrounded by nature. Mont Blanc (ski) is 17 minutes away, Mont-Tremblant is 30 minutes away, and Montreal is 1 hour and 10 minutes away. The property sits directly on two large connected lakes, offering more than 8 km of navigable water. Three kayaks and a canoe are provided. The chalet faces due south and offers a panoramic view of the water. At the lakeshore, you'll find a small sandy beach and a long dock, ideal for introducing children to fishing. Fishing is also good on these lakes. For relaxation, the heated pool is available from June 1 to early September. The private hot tub, located in a solarium, can be enjoyed in every season. Children have access to a large play structure, and an outdoor fireplace lets you extend your evenings outside. On the terrace, a Weber BBQ and two patio sets let you dine facing the lake. Inside, the open-concept living room features large windows overlooking the lake, a gas fireplace and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. On the lower level, the games room is equipped with a pool table and a ping-pong table, enough to keep everyone entertained on rainy days. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher and an island with seating. A washer and dryer are also available to guests. For sleeping, the main suite has a king bed, a private balcony and its own bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds, and the converted office has another one. Three sofa beds, two on the walkout level and one on the main floor, provide additional sleeping space. The chalet has three full bathrooms. Pets are welcome, and there are no cleaning fees. The chalet is located in a peaceful lakeside community. Family, friends or colleague gatherings that respect the neighbourhood are welcome, but noisy parties and large events are not permitted.
