Waterfront Chalet with Hot Tub and Sandy Beach CC

This lakefront chalet, named Clearwater Cove, is located in the Laurentians, near Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Mont-Tremblant and Saint-Sauveur. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6 to 8 guests. Renovated in 2022 and 2026, it offers a lake view from every room. Pets are welcome. In July and August, rentals are available by the week only. It is located on a private road, with no traffic or car noise. Montreal is a 1 hour 20 minute drive away and Ottawa is 2 hours 30 minutes away. The slopes of Mont Garceau and La Réserve are 20 minutes away, as is Sainte-Agathe, where you will find grocery stores (Métro, Maxi, IGA, Bourassa), a Walmart and restaurants. On the main floor, the kitchen, featuring granite countertops and a pantry, is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishware. It opens onto a living room with a television and a stone wood-burning fireplace, and the lake view extends into that room. A door leads directly out to the deck, where you will find a Weber barbecue and a picnic table during the warm season. This level also includes a bedroom with a queen bed and the full bathroom, with a deep soaking tub and a separate shower. The walk-out level forms a second living space, convenient for families with children: a large living room with a leather sectional sofa, a futon for guests and a second television. It has a bedroom with a king bed and lake view, a bedroom with a queen bed, a half bathroom, and the washer and dryer. A door leads directly onto the lawn, the sandy beach and the lake, on flat, easily accessible terrain. Outside, the spa under the gazebo, usable in every season, can accommodate 5 or 6 people. There is also an outdoor fire pit, two kayaks and a canoe. Both smart televisions are equipped with Roku. The chalet offers high-speed WiFi by cable and good cell reception. Bedding is provided, and a portable crib and a high chair are available (please inquire for details). The driveway is spacious enough for parking. In summer, the region offers hiking, swimming, canoeing, beaches, golf, water slides, spas, tourist activities in Mont-Tremblant, as well as sidewalk cafés and outlet stores in Saint-Sauveur. In winter, you can enjoy alpine and cross-country skiing, night skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides and winter hiking, not to mention thermal spa treatments. The chalet is well suited for small family gatherings, weekends with friends and ski weekends. Since other residents live on the lake, noise must be kept to a minimum outdoors. Loud parties and large events are not permitted.
