Lakeside Chalet – 5 Bedrooms, Mountain View, Spa CP

This 5-bedroom chalet, built in 2020, sleeps up to 14 guests. It is located on the shore of a lake, at the end of a private road with no through traffic, in the Laurentians. It has three levels, three full bathrooms and a powder room. From the large windows, beneath the cathedral ceilings and wood finishes, you can see the lake and the mountains. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, French doors that open onto the living area, a balcony and an ensuite bathroom. The other has a queen bed, a view of the lake and an ensuite bathroom where the shower and the deep soaking tub are separate. On the lower level, at ground level with the property, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and a lake view, a bedroom with two queen beds and a bedroom with two single beds. A sofa bed is added to the living area on this level, and the powder room is on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher and a large pantry. The 8-foot island offers seating for 6 people. The dining room overlooks the lake and opens onto the screened porch, where the private hot tub is located, usable in every season. In summer, the 48-foot deck features a Weber BBQ and a patio table. For indoor entertainment, there is a billiard table, a ping-pong table, two Roku televisions and Wi-Fi. Cell service is excellent. The chalet also has a washer and dryer, a gas fireplace (for winter), an outdoor fire pit, a large parking area and bedding. A baby playpen and a high chair are available upon request. On the lake side, the shoreline is shallow, which is suitable for wading-style swimming, and a dock allows you to sit at the water's edge. Three kayaks and a canoe are available to guests at no charge. The lake is stocked with rainbow trout. Three minutes away, community tennis courts are accessible in summer, and an outdoor skating rink is available in winter. Pets are welcome, and there are no cleaning fees. Sainte-Agathe, with its grocery stores, restaurants and boutiques, is 15 to 20 minutes away. The north side of Mont-Tremblant is 20 minutes away, and Mont Saint-Sauveur is 35 to 40 minutes away. Montreal is 1 hr 15 min away, and Ottawa is 2 hr to 2 hr 30 min away. The chalet is located in a quiet lakeside community. Respectful gatherings among families, friends or colleagues are welcome, but noisy parties and large events are not permitted.
