Private lakefront chalet with hot tub – 4 bedrooms - SL

Near Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, a 20-minute drive away, this 2,850 sq ft chalet sleeps up to 12 guests. It was built in 2011 to host groups. It sits on a quiet private road, on a one-acre wooded property whose large lawn slopes down to the lake. The façade faces due south, with the forest as a backdrop. As for sleeping arrangements, there are four bedrooms. On the main floor, one bedroom with a king bed. Upstairs, one bedroom with a queen bed and another with a king bed. In the basement, the fourth bedroom has a king bed, a double bed and a single bunk bed. Two sofa beds are also available in the basement living room. For bathrooms, there are two full bathrooms and a powder room. The main living room features a wood-burning fireplace and a 50-inch Roku TV. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and generous counter space. Downstairs, a second living room houses a foosball table. High-speed cable internet reaches 120 Mbps. Outside, the terrace is equipped with a Weber BBQ, and the private hot tub is installed in a gazebo. An outdoor fireplace has also been set up at the water's edge. A canoe and kayaks are provided. Pets are welcome, and no cleaning fee is required. At the lakeside, there is a small sandy beach and a dock. The water is very shallow at first and the slope remains gentle: you can wade out on foot to the deeper spots for a swim, or paddle out into the open water. The bottom is firm sand, sometimes covered with a softer layer, and some vegetation grows along the edges. As it is a headwater lake, the water is clear and clean, to the point that you can see the bottom from a boat in the middle. Anglers can catch trout, yellow perch, smallmouth bass and bullhead. Route 33 is less than a minute away: snowmobilers access the trails there in winter, and in summer, you can walk the forest trails and quiet roads in the area. Mont Blanc (skiing) is 30 minutes away, Mont-Tremblant 40 minutes and Montreal 1 hour 20 minutes. Grocery stores, restaurants and shops are located in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. The chalet is located in a peaceful residential area. Respectful gatherings of family, friends or colleagues are welcome, but noisy parties and large events are not permitted.
